Delivery and ordering

The processing of your order, the manufacturing of the products and the delivery (free of charge) require our team a maximum of 10 to 15 working days. We do everything possible to ensure that you receive your order as quickly as possible, without compromising the quality of our merchandise.

We deliver our products all over the world. There is no minimum order quantity required and all our deliveries are free of charge.

If your order includes multiple items, they may be shipped separately, depending on available inventory and shipping warehouses. Don't worry, your package will arrive shortly.

A problem with the Post Office? Lost, broken or destroyed parcel ?

With our secure delivery, Nahyana® will take care of all the disputes for you. Customer satisfaction is our priority. We do not put the blame on the carrier and let you "manage". We take full responsibility by immediately sending you a new package at our expense.

Cancellation and return

Our products undergo strict quality controls before each shipment. However, if your products have any manufacturing defects, please send us a photo of the product in question (in the original packaging if possible) to support@nahyana.com along with your order number. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as you received it.

It is possible to cancel your order! If the order is already in progress, the cancellation fee will be 40% of the purchase price.

Yes, as long as your order is not "in process".

All our jewels are accompanied by a Necklace size chart to avoid this kind of inconvenience to our customers. Our team has taken care to measure each article and to add the corresponding comment in each description. Therefore, the buyer assumes full responsibility for products that are too small / large. Nevertheless, we know that the purchase of such an item can cause great frustration.
