Necklace Sizing Guide
Most women choose 18 inches: it falls just below the collarbone and works with almost every neckline. Go shorter for a choker look, longer for layering or a high neckline. On a personalized piece, the length decides where the name or initial is seen.

Length styles
The chain is an illustration. Where it falls depends on neck length, frame and how it is worn.
Standard necklace lengths

Matinee | On the upper chest. Clears a crew neck and shows well in a V-neck. |

Opera | Mid-chest, a long relaxed drop. Can also be worn doubled. |

Where a chain falls also depends on your neck and frame: on a fuller neck, the same chain sits about an inch higher.
Layering: how far apart to go

How to find your length at home
- Take a soft measuring tape, a piece of string, or a thin ribbon.
- Wrap it around the base of your neck where you'd normally wear a necklace, letting it fall to roughly where you want the pendant to sit.
- Mark or pinch the point where the ends meet, then measure that length flat against a ruler.
- Pick the nearest length in the table above. If you land between two, go slightly longer for a more comfortable, everyday fit.
