Before you return an item

• Items must be returned in their original packaging.
• Requests must be made within 30 days of the delivery date.
• Items must be unworn, undamaged, and in the same condition you received them.

General Return Terms

You have 30 days after receiving your order to return it for a refund, provided the item is in the condition it was delivered in.

If you change your mind within 24 hours of placing your order, we can issue a full refund immediately - we hold all orders for 24 hours before processing to allow for changes or cancellations.

How to return an order

• Repack the item exactly as it arrived, to prevent damage in transit.
• Contact us via our contact form or at contact@nahyana.com to start a return.
• Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or defective.
• Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund and email you a confirmation.
