Where do we ship?
We currently ship within the United States only.
How long does delivery take?
Orders are processed within 1-2 business days.
- Standard shipping: 5-8 business days
If your order hasn't arrived within the stated window, please double-check the shipping address on your order confirmation, then contact us within 30 days of your order date.
Shipping options
We offer one standard shipping option via USPS/UPS with tracking on every order.
Shipping costs
- $4.99 for orders under $50
- FREE shipping on orders over $50
We do not currently ship outside the United States.
Damaged or incorrect items
Damaged on arrival: contact us as soon as possible with photos of the package and item at contact@nahyana.com.
Wrong item received: check your order confirmation, then email us at contact@nahyana.com and we'll make it right.
