1. Scope

These Terms of Sale apply to all orders placed on nahyana.com. This store sells to consumers located in the United States.

The contract is between you and Cathalex Innovations, located at 3417 Damien Gauthier, Montreal, Quebec, Canada H1A 5S5.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to place an order. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order in case of inaccurate information.

3. Product Availability & Pricing

Cathalex Innovations is not liable for stock shortages, listing errors, or price changes. Prices on nahyana.com are listed in US dollars (USD) and do not include applicable state sales tax, which is calculated at checkout based on your shipping address.

4. Orders & Confirmation

By placing an order, you agree to these Terms and acknowledge our Privacy Policy. The sale is final once we confirm your order by email; a receipt is provided.

5. Shipping

Orders are processed within 1-2 business days. We currently ship within the United States only. We offer one standard shipping option via USPS/UPS with tracking on every order.

6. Returns

You may return your order within 30 days of delivery. See our full Return Policy for details. Items must be returned in their original packaging. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or defective.

7. Warranty

If an item arrives defective or not as described, contact us within 30 days for a repair, replacement, or refund.
